gyukatsu

I met a Korean friend on Wednesday and went to the art museum cafe in Nogizaka. He studied architecture, so he wanted to go there.

The cafe was soso, nothing was fresh besides the drinks. Cakes and cookies were packaged. We shared the ice cream ✌.

We went to Shinjuku to enjoy a view from above. Went to the metropolitan building, because it's free hehe.

Friend was super hungry, so we went to Gyukatsu motomura. He doesn't speak Japanese, so I ordered for us.

Couldn't eat everything; it was too much. He had to eat my portion I couldn't eat.

At home i did my qigong and netflix routine and only noticed now that he wrote me again to meet up. He stayed near where I lived. It was already late, so we decided to meet up on his last day in Japan.

We went to a popular tonkatsu place in ueno. we had to wait for a while in line. It was super hot in there, and I was sweating like hell while eating. It was good tho! 

Of course, it was too much for me again :( and in the miso soup where clams.. gross.

Next stop was a matcha cafe.. ok it was not a shop. it was in marui in the food court area. We both had a matcha latte and it was not sweet at all, nice!

we had to head to his hotel soon to get his luggage. After we did this, we walked to the station when it started to rain. I joked with him for weeks about rain and raincoats.. and it happened! manifested!
